A single farmer service platform for the Department of Agriculture, Government of Bihar. Every farmer reaches the department on one toll-free number, in Hindi, Bhojpuri, Maithili, Magahi, Angika or Urdu, and is recognised by the AgriStack Farmer ID. The department reaches every farmer with advisories, alerts, scheme intimations and verification calls.

The platform reuses the voice call centre, verification campaign engine, escalation ladder and command centre already running for PHED Bihar under Har Ghar Nal ka Jal, applied to agriculture.
